How do I book a Mobile Paint Party?

What should I wear?

Clothing please! Haha! Although you will be provided with aprons, wearing clothes you do not mind getting paint on is a great idea. We use water-based acrylic paint which is permanent on clothing if not washed right away, and even then it is not guaranteed to wash out. This will be your souvenir Stain from The Stained Canvas! ☺️

How long is a paint party?

Most paintings take 2 hours depending on ease of painting and class assistance. For mobile parties, set up and clean up can typically add at least an extra hour. Please allow time before and after your mobile party for this.

What type of paint do you use?

We use high end Non-Toxic water based acrylic paint.

Is a deposit required for Private Party?

Deposit of $50 is required at time of booking. This deposit goes toward your party payment. Please note that your Party is not reserved until deposit is made. *Non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours prior to the party.

When should I book my Mobile Party?

ASAP! We are currently booking two months out for Private Parties. Please check the Home Page calendar for open availabilities.

What is included in the price?

Most material under the “Access to” list on the Pricing page are owned by The Stained Canvas and are not for sale or to be taken and to only be used for class purposes with the exception of your canvas and paint used during class. You get to take home your canvas.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

For a Private Party cancellation before 48 hours of the Party date, a refund of deposit/payment (with a $3.50 service fee) or credit can be given. Rescheduling is always welcome.

For a Public Class/Event cancellation before 48 hours of Class/Event date, a refund of payment (with a $3.50 service fee) or credit can be given. Rescheduling is always welcome.

We do not refund or give credit for any cancellations/no shows within 48 hours of Party/Class/Event.

Do you travel?

We may travel outside the Tracy area. Please Contact Us for more information.

What is your sanitation procedure?

Yours and our employees health and safety is the utmost importance to us. As always, all product and material is sanitized after each use as well as maintaining cautious safety measures during class.

During any public class, please make note during checkout if you are planning on being with others so that you will be seated together, otherwise guests may be seated outside of your group. Thank you for your understanding.

What ages can paint?

All Ages!! We have options for 0-150 years of age!

Can I bring outside food and drink?

YES! Outside food is more than welcome! We have Snackies, non-alcholic beverages, Hard Seltzers, Hard Ciders, and Beers including Local Crafts available! Please check out our SNACKIES MENU.
