Private Party (In Studio):

Instructional- $40/Artist (minimum 10 guest/max 29 guests in studio, max 48 guests mobile)

FREESTYLE- $38/Artist (minimum 10 guest/max 29 guests in studio, max 48 guests mobile)

*YES! Outside food is more than welcome! We have Snackies, non-alcoholic beverages, Hard Seltzers, Hard Ciders, and Beers including Local Crafts available! Please check out our SNACKIES MENU.

Sorry no outside alcoholic beverages allowed per our liquor license.

*Private Parties are two hours of painting fun with at least one dry break that will give time for a quick bite to eat and Happy Birthday song. Depending on the painting, there may or may not be time to open presents or have extra time for added activities such as a dance off or games.

*Canvas must be either the regular 11x14 or 10x20 sizes during a Private Party. If you'd like any Artist to paint on the smaller 5x7 canvas, it must be in addition to the regular size. Any size Canvas is Take-Home optional and may be purchased for a to go option.

*Your time is precious to us! You may come 15 min. prior and have 15 min. after your party to set/clean up any decor, food, pack-up, etc. Please understand that we may have another party or that we are open for public service directly after your event and we need to be respectful of everyones time. Thank you for your understanding.

*Piñata use is welcome, but please note there is no hanging or stick device available or that may be used. Due to limited space we feel it may not be a safe choice to hit the piñata with a device, but may be torn open it use pull string piñata and have candy shaken out by the parent/guardian.

Payments

There's a $50 deposit (Zelle PaintWithTheStainedCanvas@gmail.com or In-Studio cash/credit/debit/check/RAD card payment) to hold the date that goes towards the party or refunded if guests are paying separately. Please note that your Party is not reserved until deposit is made. *Non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours prior to the party.

Total payment of Party is preferred/recommended to pay in full immediately after the Event in person.

Private Party (Mobile):

Instructional- $45/Artist (minimum 10 guest/max 48 guests mobile) (Please note that traveling fees may apply if outside the Tracy, Ca area)

FREESTYLE- $45/Artist (minimum 8 guest/max 48 guests mobile) (Please note that traveling fees may apply if outside the Tracy, Ca area)

*Timing of painting fun is two hours. Please allow up to one hour before and after for set up/clean up. Keep in mind that if there are added party fun such as bounce house, face painter, etc., we highly recommend those activities take place before or after our painting time. Unfortunately we have found this to be distracting and interferes with the focus of painting. Thank you for understanding.
